Instruction and Notes

1)Installment Instruction of Hight Pressure Flexible Rubber Joint:

1. When high pressure flexible rubber joints are installed,out of displacement limit are prohibited.
2. Install bolts symmetrically, twisted tight gradually to avoid partial leakage
3. Working pressure above 1.6MPa , flexible pads must be installed to prevent loose bolts.
4. Both ends of the vertical pipe joints should be installed vertical load bearing, anti pulldrag enquipment can be installed to prevent pull off caused by work pressure.
5. Rubber joint installation site should be away from heat sources.ozone region.Unqulifed medium is prohibited ,and medium expose to strong radiation light are prohibited..
6. Sharp instruments scratched the surface of the sealing surface is prohibited when Rubber joints in the transport loading and unloading .

b)Instructioin Installment for Butterfly Valve:

1. Storage, transportation, installation can not knock the valve ends of the rubber sealing surface, or rubber sealing surface contact the angular, sharp edges of hard objects bump is also prohibited.
2. Pressure testing must be clamped between two flanges firstly,and then and carry out testing, installment could be the same with the two clamping flange
3. No sealing gaskets were needed when install the valve
4. Manual, allow installation at any angle. As to electric withour special instructioin , only can be installed indoor and upright.

c)Double Flange Butterfly Valve Instruction:

1. Direction arrow on the body is the direction when pressure on, do not make installreversely.
2. Before Valves installed ,Keep about 15 in the open
3. Manual type ,could be installed at an angle,upright is best,electric type only installed indoor and upright.

d)Microresistance of Noise Check Valve Instruction:

1. The direction of fluid and flow line valve should be in the same direction
2. Installation of horizontal is best, straight and angled also workable.

e)Instruction of Telecopic Valve

1. Clear the debris in pipe end sealing parts
2. Seal gasket firstly set,check axis,install the sealing gasket at connecting of two pipes,install two cards of pipe,Screw diagonal the bolts.
3. If need to twist angle, depending on diameter size, adjust before not fully tighten the bolts . But not larger than 3 ¡ã, tight the bolts after adjust.
4. Pipeline installed pressure test should carry out,after test qualified,perform corrosion protection.

1. Pipe should be checked regularly and found loose bolts, rust, pipe leakage, treatment should be promptly
2. Bolts should be oiled when installed.

f)Instructioin of sleeve tube

1. Before installation to release the pressure plate bolts, pull to the installation of the telescopic tube length, then tighten the bolts on the angle, advoid bias.
2. If used without bracket , should install fixed equipment at two ends .

Instruction of quick connector

1. STG type applies to pipes ends connect . XST type applies to pipe ending welding union . DCT type single flange type applies to one end connected to flange , the other end welding union . SCT type flange applied to two ends connected by flange .
2. Products are assembled in the factory , union two ends of pipe properly , tighten the bolt diagonally , and then adjust the limited nuts .
3. When the pressure test should be a good product on both sides of the pipe fixed to prevent axial products are great cause damage tolerance

Instruction of installment of hanger

1. When choose and disign the JGD -C elastic hanger ,should be embedded in the middle building on the bolt or bracket ,remove the bolt and nut which suspend to upper side , go through embedded botls or brackets and tighten the nut and then overhead pipes through the bottom of hanger , adjust pipe in a state of equilibrium .

Instruction of installation of waer proof case pipe

a)Flexible water string is generally applied to the structure with requirement of vibration or water proof in the position ,through which tube goes. b)The wall that tube goes through shall be concrete,the total range of poured concrete shall be 200 mm more than diamer of external right c) The DN size and wall thickness can be adjusted in accordance with requirement of users.please give clear indication of norminal diameter .external diameter and wall thickness when ordering .

Instructioni of installment of stop valve ,check valve , filter ,expansion bellows

1. Before installing the valve, should first clean fittings, the valves at both ends of the debris. stop valve, check valve, filter, the direction of the arrow direction to streamline installation, fluid flow match direction of the arrow
2. Loading, transporting and unloading is prohibited bump throw the phenomenon of random drop
3. Installment the pipe should match the center line of valve , to prevent damage to flange .
4. Tight the bolts symmetrical, gradually twisting .
5. According to the temperature of medium ,strictly prohibited beyond the limit of medium
6. Installment of Expanioni Bellows Compensator ,please refer to rubber joint.
