Rubber Shock Absorber

Instruction:
Shock Absorber is also called rubber soft joint etc. we have JGD -A Dual Ball rubber joint , Reduced rubber joint , flexible rubber joint,fan coil rubber joint,high pressure resistance rubber joint,high tempreture resistance,oil,acid and alkali resistance and rubber dirt filtration back valve .
Instruction:
1) Based on the work pressure pipelines, connections, media ,and select the appropriate compensation model, the amount requirement according to noise decrease and displacement allowance.
2) When the pipeline instant pressure larger than the working pressure should be select higher than the working pressure to install . (Example: the moment of starting pressure pipe> 1.0MPa should use the joint working pressure 1.6MPa. Instantaneous pressure> 1.6MPa 2.5Mpa is used ).
3) When the pipeline medium oil, temperature and other special materials ,higher rating working pressure joint should be used.
4) Connecting rubber joint is flange of valve or comply with GB/TT9115.1(RF)flange.
5) Rubber joints applicable to medium temperature 0-60 centigrade ordinary water, special media such as: oil, alkali, temperature and other corrosive and sturdy case, should use special resistant materials , can not blindly use or general-purpose serial
6) Flexible rubber joint use on inlet and outlet of water pump, water pump should be located near, and the pump should be installed between the metal adjustable joints, and installed at large-diameter end.
7) When the pipe joint displacement �� maximum compensation ,then should increase the number of joints to parallel the displacement, non-tolerance to adjust the pipe so that joints at the limit of disturbance displacement and deviation state, but never exceed the limits (telescopic, displacement , deflection, etc.), specific installation data table below
8) High construction supply water or suspended water supply, pipe should be fixed in the hanger, bracket, or anchor , and do not allow pipe joints to bear its own weight and axial force, or joints should be equipped with anti-pull off device (must be larger than its endurance pipe axis to force)
9) hen Install rubber joints, the bolts screw joints should be stretched outer face of each flange bolts by diagonal compression method repeatedly tightened evenly to prevent the pressure bias. use the standard wire connector wrench tighten the leveling force, not to use afterburner slip joints, slip and fracture edge, but also to regular inspections, advoid loose off plate or water leakage .
10) Rubber joints used initially(such as: installation pressure test, etc.) or long-term suspended again before the opening , re-tighten the bolts and put into operation .
11) Use or store rubber joints, avoid high temperature, ozone, oil and acid-base environment. Used in outdoor or wind pipe, sunny shade frame should be set up, non-exposure to rain, wind erosion. Joint surface painting and winding insulation materials is strictly prohibited. Aging of rubber products, should be replaced on fixed period.
