Rubber Joint Technique Condition & Dimension
Strictly standard on rubber joint appearance and Quality :1)Do not allow foaming layer, impurities, external damage, repair signs, the enhancement layer delamination, cracking, pinhole
2)Area not exceed 100mm2,the distance between deffective place do not less than 500mm2,must be finish good and complete one time ,
3)Depth of not more than 0.5mm, and not more than two, to go through a complete repair
4)Depth of not more than 0.5mm, an area of not more than 100mm 2 , and not more than two, to go through a complete repair

1)This product can greatly reduce vibration and noise pipeline system but can not solve all kinds of pipe interface displacement, degree of axial stretching problems.
2)The material can be made according to different acid, alkali, corrosion, oil, heat and other kinds of species to adapt to various of media and the environment
3)Material is a polar rubber, sealing, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, long life, but to avoid contact with sharp metal instruments, so as not to puncture the sphere.
4)Without spporting bracket should use flexible stent, installation bolt tightened to use the diagonal method
5)Such as the pipeline pressure is too high, the application of limit bolts to both ends of the flange together.
6)Flange connection standard adopt GB4216.3-4216.5 standard, as to other standards, need further cooperation . Level of the product working pressure0.6MPa,1.0MPa,1.6MPa,2.5MPa.
