Rubber joint installation instructions and use precautions

Rubber joint installation instructions :
1) Must be based on the work pressure pipelines, connections, media and select the appropriate amount of compensation model, the amount required according to the noise abatement options displacement.
2) When the pipeline produce instant pressure larger than the working pressure higher than the working pressure of a stall in the joint. (Example: the moment of starting the pressure pipe> 1.0MPa should use the joint work 1.6MPa. Instantaneous pressure> 1.6MPa should use 2.5MPa.
3) When the pipeline medium is acid,alkali, temperature and other special materials ,should select higher pressure rating than working pressure of pipe .
4) Flange should be valve flange and comply with GB/T9115.1 .
5) Rubber joints applicable medium temperature 0-60 centigrade ordinary water, special media such as: oil, acid,alkali, temperature and other corrosive and sturdy case, should use special materials corresponding to the rubber joint can not blindly use or general-purpose serial.
6) Flexible rubber joints used in the inlet and outlet pumps, the pump should be located close to the side, and the pump should be installed between the metal joints, and installed large-diameter side .
7) When the pipe joint displacement larger than maximum compensation ,to increase the number of joints parallel to the displacement, to adjust the pipe so that the distortion of joints in the limit of displacement and deviation of state, never exceed the limits (telescopic, displacement, deflection, etc.), use of specific installation data table below.
8) High construction supply water use this product, pipes support must be fixed or fixed bracket, otherwise the product should be installed anti-pull-off device. Fixed support or bracket must be greater than the axial force, or should install anti-pull-off device
9) Install rubber joints, the bolts screw joints should be stretched outer face of each flange bolts by diagonal compression method repeatedly tightened evenly to prevent pressure bias.Use the standard wire connector wrench tighten the leveling force, not to live with afterburner afterburner shot slip joints, smooth edge and fracture, but also to regular inspections, so as not to loose off plate or water leakage .
10) Rubber joints will carry out first pressure test (such as: installation pressure test, etc.) or resume to normal work after long term supend operation .meanwhile screw or twist the bolts to put in to operation
11) Use or store of rubber joints, avoid high temperature, ozone, oil and acid-base environment. Used outdoor or sunny wind pipe frame shade structures should be used , prohibited exposure, rain, wind erosion. Joint surface painting and winding insulation materials is strictly prohibited.Due to the aging of rubber products, should be replaced afer fixed peirod.
Precautions:
1) Clients sould make clear explnation of working pressure, media, tempreture,connecting way etc ,and working enviroment.
2) High construction supply water use this product, pipes support must be fixed or fixed bracket, otherwise the product should be installed anti-pull-off device. Fixed support or bracket must be greater than the axial force, or should install anti-pull-off device.
3) Rubber joint at the limit of twisted state of displacement or deviation, never exceed the limits (telescopic, displacement, deflection, etc.), for different types of joints, the expansion volume, displacement and deflection, also have different requirements.
