Inspectiong Method

a)Products must be inspected by Quality control division and make out qualified certificate ,and then able to delivery.
b)Inspection contain test before delivery and Workable test.
c)Situation to perform test
1>Large change on product structure,material,processure.
2>Trial Order of New Product
3>Resume to production after temperoily suspend of production of two years
4>Random test during normal production
5>Big difference comparing with last test results
6>National bureau suggest to carry out test
d)Normal production, the rubber tensile strength, stretch rate of tearing, tearing a permanent deformation test should be inspected once a month; hot air aging, brittle temperature, acid and alkali resistance test should be inspected every quarter. Taking a sample each time, making the required inspection items, if find one failure ,twice of other products tore check , and the unqualified still existing ,the batch product be recognised unqualifed.
e)Adhesion strength of the product, the pressure test should be conducted quarterly; vacuum, burst pressure, displacement performance test should be inspected every quarter. Random take one speciied represented according to test requirements and, if find one product unqualified ,to perform inspect on the rest two times quantity products,if the unqualified product still existing , the batch product will be recognised unqualified.
